Contraceptive failure

Contraceptive Failure refers to the situation where a woman has become pregnant despite the use of some form of contraceptives. It can refer to pregnancy despite the use of oral contraceptives, a broken condom, or the failure of other types of contraception. All forms of contraceptive has some risk of failure.
